HOW MUCH SHOULD I GIVE?

There's no exact dose. Just like caffeine affects each person differently, CBD does the same with your pet. Some pets may respond to just a few drops while others may require a little more to get the same benefits.

How much CBD they'll respond to is a matter of their body's tolerance and needs at the time. So you might notice that today your pet feels and moves great after 10 drops but next week, they need 7. That's ok and perfectly normal.

While our Companion's Best Day oil has dosage instructions on the bottle and on our site, we recommend starting your pet low and slow on CBD. This means start with a very low amount (just a few drops) twice a day and slowly increase the dose as needed until you find the amount that gives them the most benefit and has them feeling their best.

This method allows you to determine exactly what each of your pet's need based on their specific tolerance.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THEY TAKE TOO MUCH?

The most common side effect of an overdose would be loose stool or lethargy. CBD metabolizes and moves quickly through the body, so any adverse effects will be over quickly. Although it's highly unlikely that your pet will experience any side effects at all.

HOW DO I ADMINISTER COMPANION'S BEST DAY?

The easiest method is to give a few drops directly into your pet's mouth. The number of drops depends on your pet's weight and need. The amount may be adjusted up or down as your pet's needs change.

The dropper is graduated to indicate 0.25 / 0.50 / 1mL.

There is 0.83mg of CBD per droplet of oil in Companion's Best Day 750mg

If your pet is uncomfortable with having drops administered into their mouth, you can mix the Companion's Best Day oil into their daily meal or on top of a tasty treat. 

HOW DO I STORE IT?

Store in a cool dry place. Best if used within 12 months of opening.

CAN MY PET TAKE COMPANION'S BEST DAY IF THEY'RE ALREADY TAKING MEDICATIONS?

While there should be no adverse effects in combining Companion's Best Day with your pet's current medications, please check with your veterinarian first.
