Can I change my order?

If you would like to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@homescapepets.com. 

If the order has not been shipped, we can modify to your liking. If it has been shipped, you will need to follow the return/exchange process.

If I order on Amazon, can I use a discount I received from you?

No. Any discounts/promotional codes you receive from us can only be used on HomescapePets.com. 

However, Amazon does periodically offer discounts and coupons directly on their site.

Are your products on Amazon the same ones I see on your website?

Absolutely!  For your convenience, we partner with Amazon to offer our products on the Amazon website.

They are the exact same products that you would receive when ordering directly from our website.

What is your Happiness Guarantee?

The Happiness Guarantee is our promise that you'll notice positive improvements in your pet or we'll give your money back. 

If you (or your pet) are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day money back happiness guarantee. Please contact us  via email at info@homescapepets.com and we will be happy to assist you. Please have your order number available.

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your product. We’ll email you a label to print out, place on your package, and ship back at no cost to you. Once we receive the returned product, a refund will be issued and an automated email will notify you of the transaction.

If you purchased through a retail store, Amazon, or any other site, please contact them directly for their return policy.

When & how do you ship?

Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. We use the US Post Office and UPS for shipping. You will receive an email notification once your package is in transit.

Your order should be at your doorstep or in your mailbox within 3-4 business days!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. We offer free shipping for orders $75+ sent within the contiguous U.S. 

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within the USA and Puerto Rico.

There are some restrictions in Idaho.

My package shows delivered but I can't find it!

Check with your neighbors, apartment building office, or anywhere else in your immediate area where the carrier may have left your package. Your package may also be at your local post office available for you to pick up. 

We also recommend checking your emailed receipt to ensure that your package was shipped to the correct address.

Who are your products for?

Homescape Pets' products are formulated for cats and dogs of all ages and breeds. 

They're beneficial as a preventive measure for younger pets and they're exceptionally helpful for adult and senior pets aged 3+.

Don't wait until your pet is showing signs of health problems. You can help them early on.

What products do you offer?

Our product line includes:

  • Daily Thrive - Organic Hempseed Oil + Organic Turmeric.  Supports a stronger immune system, calms the discomfort and aches associated with inflammation, and helps enhance their overall wellness.

  • Restful Pet - Organic Hempseed Oil + Organic Chamomile Flower + Organic Valerian Root. Formulated to promote contentment and relaxation during stressful or tense environments, including separation, fireworks, travel, and more.

  • Mussel Mobility - Freeze Dried, Raw Green Lipped Mussel + Organic Turmeric.  This powder has been formulated to help maintain healthy hip & joint movement and help in alleviating mobility discomfort associated with daily activity, ailments, and aging.

  • Catnip Spritz - Helps improve their playtime, relieve boredom and stress, and revive their interest in old toys. 

Our products are safe and effective for all breeds and ages, but work especially well for adult and senior pets. All of our products can be combined with each other to create a personalized, natural wellness regimen that is perfect for YOUR pet!

How do I use the supplements?

Easy!

The oil drops can be added directly to their meals or on top of treats. You can also give them directly into your pet's mouth!

The powders can be mixed into meals or made into a broth/gravy with just a little warm water. Most pets LOVE the broth option!

Are they safe for my dog or cat?

Yes! Not only are they safe for dogs and cats over 3 months old, but they're also veterinarian recommended!

All our supplements are made in Texas, USA. They're also tested for safety and purity.

As with all supplements, we recommend you check with your veterinarian first.

How much should I give my pet?

Suggested use of each product varies based on your pet's weight, need, and tolerance. For any supplement, we suggest starting slowly to help them get used to it.

Can my pet take your supplements if they're already on other medications?

Our supplements do not typically interfere with common medications and can usually be taken safely without adverse effects.

However, we strongly suggest you consult with your veterinarian before administering any supplements.

When will I see results?

Most pets begin showing improvements within a week of consistent use.

However, not all pets respond the same way in the same timeframe. Just like when humans take supplements, it may take a few weeks for results to become apparent.

However, here are a few general guidelines per product:

Daily Thrive - it may take several hours to several weeks to see the benefits.

Restful Pet - it may take 30 minutes to an hour to see the benefits. For greater need, you may increase the amount given.

Mussel Mobility - it may take 2-6 weeks for results to be apparent, depending on the nature and severity of the issue your pet is experiencing.

My product is a different color than the last time. Is this normal?

Yes. Homescape products are 100% natural. As such, there may be natural color variations in the oils and herbs.

Our herbal tinctures (Daily Thrive and Restful Pet) have real, whole powdered herbs in them which will settle to the bottom of the bottle, and if undisturbed for extended periods, will require more vigorous shaking before giving to your pet. You may notice herbal sediment sticking to the dropper. This is normal and simply requires vigorous shaking to mix the product.

Mussel Mobility can range in powder consistency and colors from tan-orange to reddish brown, mostly due to the turmeric.

Are your products safe for humans?

All of our product are top quality, human grade ingredients and organic, when possible. While these are safe for humans, they are packaged, labeled, and intended for your pets! 

Can I use Mussel Mobility if my pet has a seafood or shellfish allergy?

No. 

If you, your pet, or anyone in your household is allergic to shellfish or seafood, please avoid Mussel Mobility as its primary ingredient is Green Lipped Mussel, a shellfish.

How do I store the supplements?

Always keep them in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.

Unopened packages can be safely stored for up to 12 months. Once opened, please use all products within 60 days for maximum efficacy.
